Building the Buoy

We began our work with a hypothesis.  We think that currents will move colder water towards the equator and warmer water away from the equator.  To test our hypothesis, we designed and built a drifter buoy, which will float with a current and tell the temperature of the water as it travels.  How did we build it?  Read on:
